A Ring of the Past

Verizon Wireless launched their custom ring back tones today, offering Verizon customers the option of selecting a song to be played to the incoming caller as he or she waits for the receiving end to answer the phone. Having experienced this first hand, it gives cell phone customers a way to express their individuality and be creative to everyone who calls. It's also a good conversation piece for first-time callers. Survey: Is this new avenue of self-expression a childish and unprofessional fad for pre-teens, or is it the next logical norm in cell-phoning? Please comment if you have an opinion. Whether it's Bethoven for a work-cell, or Green Day for your buds, is it all better than listening to the ring? Get it for yourself on the Verizon ring-back tones website.

A Thank You

Just wanted to send a thank you out to the gentlemen I met with recently in my travels to Arkansas. Your time spent sitting down with me was much appreciated; I understand how busy you all are. Thanks, and welcome to the revolution that is blogging. Happy soapboxing.
